The 33 international players came from nine different countries, which include Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Singapore, Spain, Turkey and the U.K., while the 10 women were able to earn their eligibility through various methods.
The official 2K League website has a complete list of players who are eligible for the draft. There is also the opportunity to learn more about the classes of talent via the Draft Hopefuls series. Through numerous offseason evaluation events, teams have had the chance to see all of these players on the field.
“The offseason evaluation process for 2020-21 was the longest to NBA2king date, with 38 team-hosted tournaments as part of the NBA 2K League Draft Prospect Series and three international qualifying tournaments along with an updated Women in Gaming initiative, and our first event exclusively for draft-eligible players.”
2K League President Brendan Donohue said. “We’re looking forward to an exciting draft night , as our teams are able to add 63 of the best 2K players from the world to begin our fourth season.”
The 2021 Draft will last for four rounds which will see all 23 teams taking on holes in their roster of six players. There are currently 63 spots available in Buy 2K MT PS4 the 2K League, and the draft order has been approved.
