Challenging other teams

Each team can challenge any other team, as long as they are both listed as playing the same game (see above about selecting a game for your team).  To set up for a match, a member of one team has to do the following:

  • visit another team’s page (e.g., go to Challenge, and select “List of all teams”) and once on another team’s page click the Challenge [team name] button.  In the example below, you have gone to the clan/team page for a team called “ARCANE N01” from which you will see the challenge button:

  • You may specify a few parameters (to be further developed over time!) from within the team challenge window that appears.  For now, just include a brief Title entry and then you can enter the details of your challenge (map, # rounds, game mode(s), etc.) by typing in the “Description” field.

– selecting Match Type:  Friendly or Official

The way your match results are displayed is dependent on whether your challenge is categorized as Friendly or Official.  *This section will be updated soon.  For now, just select Friendly.

  • Once the challenge has been sent, it will appear in the other team’s Matches tab, where that team’s members with Admin or Super admin status can choose to accept or refuse the challenge.

Once the challenge has been accepted, the match will appear in both teams’ Matches tab.

Once the match is over (or the time expires, regardless of whether the match took place), the users of the teams who took part in that match will need to manually input the scores for that match as described in the next section.

Reporting / Flagging matches

Every user can report / flag a match. This can be done by clicking the flag icon in the top-left corner of a match page. Scores must then be confirmed (clicking ‘accept’) by the opposing team in order for the results to post.

*Please submit and accept scores in a timely manner.

Reported matches will then be sent to the site admin staff who have access to the back end of the site, thus the results will not be made visible until reviewed and approved by admin staff.
