Mining: Mining should be used only at the beginning or if you are looking to RuneScape Gold invest an hour or so mining to save cash. If you want to mine just for fun, level 85 is the most appropriate level to get. It is possible to mine any ore up to 85 levels.
Smithing: Levels 1 – 6: You can mine tin or copper ore to make bronze bars. When they’re melting, you can use them to smith weapons. Keep doing this until Smithing is at level 15. Levels 15-30: U can now mine and melt iron. This is not recommended, as iron does not always make bars. This is how I reached level 31. Instead, finish The Knight’s Sword quest. It’s easy and will immediately increase your smithing level by 31.
Levels 31-99: By now, you should purchase a small amount coal and iron, and begin smelting bars (make sure you purchase two times the amount of iron in coal, e.g. 15 iron, 30 coal). Don’t attempt to make them, but sell them at the Grand Exchange (G.E.). You get 914 gp per steel bar you sell at G.E.
When you get to about 1M gp, if your sick of smelting steel bars, calculate how much gold ore you need to get to 99 smithing, and then buy every gold ore you can. You will lose some money quite a bit, in actual but don’t fret, by making rune-related items, create, you will be able to get the entire amount by the time you reach around level 85.
Tips: Just now, as I reached lvl 68 with addy, I realized that 1Mgp is the amount I need to be able to purchase all of the gold ore required to reach level 99. I’ll mine the necessary coal and then smelt 15 bars when I am able to melt a different type of metal (for me it will at lvl 70 with addy).
I’ll smith the weapons that I’d like to make as I advance in my level. I’ll then sell them to make additional money or to Buy OSRS Gold earn increase my exp. When I sell at G.E.
